Oliverio's is another experience restaurant. No complaints about the food but the facility and service make it better. You feel like you're at your grandmother's for dinner and that is spectacular.

Good atmosphere, food and reasonable price. Servers are experienced and make dining enjoyable they are engaged with customers and not their phones! Only bad thing dinner mints are now kept in bathrooms???who thought this was a good idea? Someone had to be on meth I guess?? What could go wrong!

I haven't had a good muffuletta since Gumbo's in Fayetteville closed down. I adore olives. It seems appropriate for a girl who grew up on Mount Olive. I know most people go to Oliverio's in Bridgeport and Morgantown for the pasta, however I don't see muffuletta on many local menus. So, I had to grab the opportunity while I could. This muffuletta was delicious. If you aren't familiar, what sets muffuletta apart from other sandwiches is the olive spread (some say paste, others say dressing, etc). Whatever you wish to call it, I've tasted some pretty bad ones where there's too much olive and not enough meat - basically an olive explosion that overpowers everything else. Oliverio's had the perfect ratio - down to a science. I also had the stuffed banana pepper appetizer. Oh my goodness! Delicious with a capital "D". They were crammed full of Italian sausage and smothered in mozzarella. The app was $13. The sandwich, which is served with fries, was $14. So, it wasn't priced to make your jaw drop. I give them two thumbs up and a stuffed belly, lol. I haven't been here in years!

Food was good. Seemed to be all homemade. More on the pricey side, especially for lunch. Our family of 5, including 2 kids was $100 for lunch. The place had a wholesome family atmosphere. The waitress was on top of it all.

My evening at Oliverio's Risorante was a delightful journey through culinary excellence. Nestled at the bar, the dim, atmospheric lighting and classic brick interior set the stage for an intimate experience. Russell, the bartender, was a true professional, offering stellar drink and food suggestions that heightened the overall experience. The truffle fries were a savory delight, and the lobster ravioli showcased culinary mastery. Each dish was a symphony of flavors, culminating in the indulgence of a yummy chocolate truffle cheesecake. The night reached its pinnacle with a perfectly chilled Limoncello. Oliverio's Risorante, with its delectable menu and attentive staff, proved to be a haven for gastronomic enthusiasts.

I would consider myself a Foodie :) But you do not have to be a foodie to wake up from a dream about a meal you'd had where nothing you order somewhere else or attempt to make on your own can satisfy the craving.. right?! The picture with the linguine, smothered in a rich, delicate spicy cream sauce, with pieces of roasted garlic, bell peppers, onions and sausage pieces is one for the books!! Entrees are severed with a garden salad and breadsticks. Okay the breadsticks.. lots of places have bread especially Italian restaurants. These breadsticks are about twelve inches long and about an inch thick. Light and fluffy, Garlic Butter basted with a sprinkle of Parmesan, steaming hot with that Diablo sauce, I'm hungry all over again thinking about it.. Provided at the table, a jar of Parmesan cheese and a jar of hot oil. Mixed together with the bread.... After I came to, I realized I missed the entire conversation at the table. Service is always impeccable, the atmosphere indeed, is like a little Italy, right in the heart of Bridgeport. This little restaurant is ,in my opinion, a staple and one that you make a detour when passing through!

Noel and I stopped for a lunch from Morgantown on the way home. This was her first visit here. We were greeted and seated immediately. I went with Iced tea unsweetened with lemon and lime and she had a Mr Pibb. I chose my favorite, Meatballs with Marinara Sauce with Fresh Ricotta & Basil along with French Onion Soup. Noel went with the Homemade Chicken Alfredo and we shared delicious Garlic Bread Sticks and she had a salad with Bleu Cheese Dressing Food and Service was great!
